Because of the unique design on the pimples structure, it supposedly produce some very deceptive balls when blocking against high spin loops.
In general short pimpled rubbers are particularly suitable high speed hitting and blocking. Because of the short pimples structure, you opponent's spin has much less effect on you compared to an inverted rubber.
