About INTERS.pl

We are a reseller of table tennis and other sports equipment of major brands. Our store and office are located in Krakow, southern Poland. We started our activity in 1.08.2000 by opening a traditional business dedicated to table tennis only. In April 2001 we launched our internet store at www.INTERS.pl. With growing number of customers (individual and organisations as well) we have been continuously developing our web services. Since we've received e-mails from table tennis fans not speaking Polish who are interested in our offer, we decided to start shipping worldwide and launched an English version of our web store. Registration

You don't have to register as a customer of INTERS.pl to buy at our shop.

Shipment

We deliver worldwide. If your country is not listed as a destination possibility during registration or order confirmation please inform us - we will add it. The ordered items are shipped as priority postal packages. The estimated shipment costs are listed in your shopping cart and you see the final numbers before confirming the order. The shipment costs depend on the parcel weight and the shipment destination. The shipment costs of tables are given on request.

Delivery

If your order contains only the items which are currently in stock, the parcel for you will be dispatched the same day or the first working day after. A typical time for dispatching the order if some articles are missing in stock is 5-10 working days. You can see the estimated delivery time in your shopping basket, this time includes the time needed for comleting your order and the estimated time of transportation of the parcel.

Payment

The only official currency in Poland is PLN (zloty) and thus any orders have to be paid in PLN. For the convenience of our customers you can see the prices also in EUR or USD. We also show the updated daily currency rates of Polish National Bank. We accept direct bank transfers draft type OUR (all the costs covered by the sender), PayPal or credit cards (VISA or MASTERCARD). You authorize your credit card transaction via a COMPLETELY SECURE coded internet channel under SSL protocol. INTERS.pl has no insight into your credit card details, we receive only the transaction confirmation from the Authorization Center by Dotpay. Your personal data are secured by SSL protocol and are used only to handle your order and to inform you about our offer (only if you agree). 23% VAT deduction

All the prices at INTERS.pl contain Polish VAT 23%. This tax will be deducted from the amount to pay for all the foreign customers from the European Community who have the European Tax ID. For the customers who will not provide a verifiable Tax ID the tax deduction is not possible.

Free racket assembling

If you ordered at least two rubber sheets and one blade you can ask for assembling a racket at no extra charge. Just put the appropriate instructions in the comment field of the order form. The custom-made rackets cannot be returned unless found to be factory defective.

Best price guarantee

You can make yourself sure that the prices for the foreign customers are the same as for the Polish ones. Moreover, we guarantee that the products which you purchased at INTERS.pl will not cost you more than at any other internet store over the world. If you purchased a product at INTERS.pl and after that you found the same product with cheaper price in any other (English version, worldwide shipment) web store, just let us know - we will charge the difference back from your credit card.

Returns

You can return a product without giving a reason within 14 days of the date of delivery. The returned product has to be in the shape enabling its resale (exactly the same as it was delivered). You will not be refunded the shipment costs, only the value of the product. For returns of factory defective items see below.
