- The German manufacturer PiMPLEPARK impresses with a very well thought-out range in which there is the right material for all types of players. All products are specially developed for the plastic ball and always pursue the goal: by players for players.
Emendo comes from Latin and means improvement. Logically, this wood is the first pure all-round wood from PiMPLEPARK. The aim of the development was to develop a high-quality blade that impresses both in terms of its playing properties and its pricing. In numerous tests, the PiMPLEPARK players decided on a five-ply veneer structure with a Kiri core veneer.
At first glance, the weight of almost 100g may be surprising. Due to the good weight distribution, this weight is not particularly noticeable in the game. Since the Emendo is an all-round blade, which is particularly impressive in block and counter play due to its extraordinary playing properties, it was also a goal in the development process to create a somewhat heavy blade in order to improve the feedback.
The noble design and the high-quality workmanship are convincing, as is the case with the other woods available from PiMPLEPARK. The slightly rounded edges in particular ensure a pleasant playing experience.

All-round player
Classic all-rounders who act with block, counter, shot and spin balls will really enjoy this blade. The wood is perfectly matched to the plastic ball and offers a good balance of speed and control. Thanks to the slightly higher weight, the Emendo can also be used to block and shoot very well, as it gives very good feedback via the hand.
Young players
For children and teenagers in table tennis clubs, the Emendo in the xxs version is the perfect choice! The club face is a little smaller and the handle a little narrower. This also reduces the total weight to just under 90g. In conjunction with entry-level rubbers such as the PiMPLEPARK Bloxx, the blade offers entry into all table tennis techniques.
