Sunflex offers two more rubbers with a tacky surface. The Sun Control is the perfect allround rubber for all those players who rely on maximum control and rotation. The developers have equipped a medium-hard sponge with a tacky surface. However, thanks to the modern sponge, the Sun Control offers better dynamics than conventional, tacky rubbers from China when playing with the plastic ball.
Service and service returns can be played with lots of rotation, and the same holds true for opening topspin strokes. This will keep the opponent from responding with hard counter-attacks. The Sun Control particularly suits allround play close to the table. Blocks and counter-attacks can also be played with high precision. From mid-distance, though, the rubber lacks some vigour. To mid-distance players we recommend the Sun Power, which is also tacky, but slightly faster and more offensive.
