This is the ball that Friendship supplies some WTT Youth tournaments with. That's why the ball is printed on both sides: the WTT symbol is also printed on the back.
Basically, this ball is a particularly high-quality version of the normal 729*** competition ball without a seam, created through selection.
The playing characteristics and quality are therefore a little better and more consistent.
However, the additional cost is unlikely to be worth it for the average competitive player. This ball is therefore primarily offered to participants in the WTT Youth tournaments for optimal preparation.
